How to study when you don't feel like studying?

Feeling lazy to complete your study? Be realistic because school or college requires a lot of concentration to prepare for exams. Most of the time students face the problems of boredom, laziness, tiredness, deadlines etc. which reduces their interest in the study. Here are some of the useful tips that can help you in concentrating and preparing for your exams.

  • Limit the length of your study session

Most of the time students feel frustrated because of lengthy study sessions. It may be tough to sit down and concentrate on study for a very long time, hence you should take proper breaks in between. These breaks are really helpful to get energy both mentally and physically. You can limit your session up to 45 minutes to 1 hour at the max and then a short break after completing this session.

  • Reward yourself for self-motivation

Self-motivation is very important to perform well in studies. You can reward yourself for self-motivation. Motivation can be anything as per your choice and interests such as watching TV, eating your favorite food, meeting with your loved ones etc. These small rewards work wonder. It helps you to come out from frustration level and focus on study quite efficiently.

  • Do not Evaluate the Results

It is very important that you do not focus on results because it brings you negativity. The evaluation of your study and preparation may frustrate you.   • Go for outing

You can plan an outing with your friends or a weekend trip with your family. Spending time with your close ones will give you positivism to concentrate more on studies.

  • If possible make a time table
