Ho: Adoption of RFID technology in the organization’s warehouse has a positive impact on the customer relationship management.

The comparisons using one-way ANOVA will encompass the attempt to understand the difference in the performance amongst the companies following the adoption of the RFID technology. The interpretation of the results will follow that significance difference exists when the p-value of the comparisons is less than 0.05. On the other hand if the p-value is more than 0.05, then we will be right to conclude that no difference exists between the groups.
