First of all, you should know that it is very important to keep yourself hydrated especially in the summers. Stay away from dehydrating liquids like coffee, tea, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks; they can hurt more than help. Drink sports drinks if possible for dehydration; these contain important salts that play an important role in regulating your heartbeat.

After that you should prefer to wear light-coloured, lightweight and loose-fitting clothes. As they will help you to feel free, sweat free and comfortable even in such a hot weather conditions. Other than that these type of clothing will protect your body against heat. Change clothes if they get completely soaked. Choose lightweight cotton and avoid dark colours. Creams and bright colours reflect the sun’s radiation.
