Overview

The role of human resources in the success of organizations across the entire spectrum of the industry is increasingly appreciated. The program covers important skills mapping techniques, design of evaluation centers, job evaluation, strategic adjustment analysis, etc. It also deals with specific issues of representative industries such as health, IT / outsourcing, financial services / professional services, sales and manufacturing.
