Working principle:

When the machine is working:Placed the whole garlic in the feeding hopper of the hoist, and the garlic is sent to the splitting machine by the grading machine with stepless speed regulation, and the garlic is evenly distributed after the splitting machine is divided. Passing, a peeling machine that circulates through a specific pressure of air, allowing the garlic to enter the belt.

After the garlic head enters the hopper, it passes through the upper and lower groups of food-grade rubber rollers and automatically breaks the flap. The size of the garlic clove is adjustable and automatically flows into the discharge port. The outlet of the blower can be installed at the discharge port to separate the garlic and other debris. The machine is simple in structure and convenient in maintenance. It is an ideal garlic rough processing equipment. It uses food grade silica gel. It uses the gap between the upper and lower silica gel plates and the centrifugal force to squeeze the whole garlic head into the split petals. The garlic stem and the garlic head are built into the fan from the side. Blowing off the machine, it can be recycled; the good garlic petals are rolled out from the other side of the machine.
