IMI Delhi recently joined Tech Mahindra to offer executive education programs online. The fast-paced life that institutional executives face today as pressure mounts to meet targets and increase their business activities does not have much time to add value. Our online effort aims to meet the needs of professionals with time constraints but with a strong desire for value added. The first program in this area is the Executive Professional Business Management Program, which will be followed by a series of programs focusing on the specific competencies of the post, as well as some general management courses that will vary over a three-month period of eighteen months

Executive education programs are the term used for programs in higher business schools that aim to educate executives, other managers or high-level entrepreneurs.
Programmer Manager for Executive Directors (MPE)
This is a graduate program in Business Weekend for active Executive Education with at least three years of post-graduate work experience as an executive. The completion of this program has a profound impact on the profession of professionals working, leading to a change of perspective to a wide range of areas. It also positively affects self-perception and strengthens the confidence of executives in assuming new roles and goals for their career prospects. Personal and professional growth must result from the development of leadership skills and key decision-making skills in this program.
The program covers 24 different courses and workshops distributed over 4 quarters. Your time frame is 22 months. During the program, participants are required to complete a one-year industrial project based on classroom learning under the supervision of an experienced educational guide.
The science of education is interactive and is largely based on case studies, complemented by conferences, workshops and meetings with industry experts, presentations and business simulation games. In each quarter, basic and non-evaluative workshops are held in areas of current relevance to improving value added. There are currently about 300 participants in this program.
Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDHR)
The Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDHR, for its abbreviation in English) is for executives who are interested in human resources. This program will allow executives and managers from different industries to share their views and improve their knowledge of the problems and challenges of contemporary human resources.
The objective of the program is to introduce participants to the processes and applications of human resources management principles. It also helps to instill a practical approach to harmonize the theory and practice of human resources with business objectives. It is necessary to improve career growth in human resources by developing skills and competencies to meet the needs of today’s institutions. Facilitate personal and professional growth through skills development workshops. Pedagogy is interactive and based largely on case studies, supplemented by lectures, group activities, workshops and presentations. Emphasis is placed on experiential learning and skills improvement through workshops conducted by professional experts.

Part time MBA
Part-time MBA program for 3 years serves executives with 3 years or more management experience in medium or large organizations. The program is completed in one year, there are 120 students in this program.
