ATE offers a comprehensive set of solutions for wastewater treatment. With our expertise and extensive research, we strive to bring revolution in the field of wastewater management. We are pioneers in this field with our client base extending across domains like dairy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals, healthcare, textiles, sugar and distillery, food processing, and buildings. In partnership with Huber, Germany, we also supply specialized wastewater treatment equipment. Ate takes pride in having more than 33,000 installations worldwide and making a mark in more than 60 countries with its exemplary services in the field of wastewater treatment and sludge treatment.

Wastewater contains contaminants which include bacteria, chemical and other toxins. Its treatment aim is to reduce contaminants level and make the water safe for discharge back into the environment.

Our Industrial Wastewater Treatment Services

  • Textile: Our innovation—the Anaerobic, Aerobic, Air flotation (AAA) technology is a proven treatment technology for the textile industry. This technology enhances the efficiency of all the biological treatments and reduces color. Our wastewater treatment plants aim at reducing sludge generation and chemical consumption by 70% when compared to the conventional methods. • Sugar and Distilleries: Our trademark Anaerobic Venturi Reactor (AVR) technology is tailor-made especially for the hard to treat waste from sugar manufacturing plants and distilleries. The Anaerobic Venturi Reactor (AVR) technology achieves a unique blend of a high degree of mixing per unit along with optimal operational safety. The plants empowered with Anaerobic Venturi Reactor (AVR) and Anaerobic Hybrid Reactor (AHR) technologies are maintenance-free as there are no in-basin moving parts. We achieve an efficient wastewater management system at the distilleries by combining the best of the Anaerobic Venturi Reactor (AVR) and Anaerobic Hybrid Reactor (AHR) technologies.• Pharmaceuticals: ATE has developed Anaerobic Hybrid Reactor (AHR)-P technology especially for the pharmaceutical industry. The inclusion of two anaerobic treatment technologies results in improved solid retention and enhanced water quality. The immaculately engineered UF and RO recycle systems at our wastewater treatment plants provide maximum recovery and improved membrane life.• Food and Dairy: Our skilled engineers have developed Anaerobic Venturi Reactor (AVR)-AF technology for food and dairy effluents. It is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic processes that facilitate beneficial degradation of proteins, fats, and edible oils. • Chemicals and Petrochemicals: At our wastewater treatment plants for chemical and petrochemical industries, the Anaerobic Hybrid Reactor (AHR) technology is used for an effective treatment of the hard-to-treat waste. The technology is a unique combination of two anaerobic processes.• RDRO: We provide a specially designed reverse-osmosis plant that helps in recovering the valuable water from the effluents. With the RDRO technology, we can achieve maximum filtration with no time-loss in backwashing.

We also offer services in package sewage treatment and municipalities sector.

Our Value-added Products and Services

  • We offer adequacy audits and treatability and pilot studies. Our adequacy audits help in optimizing the plant performance while redefining the design basis. The pilot studies help in reducing the technical risks while scaling up.• Our value-added products consist of enzymes that help in improving the biodegradation efficiency and micronutrients to accelerate the biological treatment of waste.
