Despite 2012, the year 2013 witnessed more residential projects in all cities of India which showcases the growing real estate segment of the country. As per the new study, many residential projects in our nation were launched in spite of slow sales and also reduced price rate. Between January to November, 2013, many realty builders launched more and more residential communities holding Chennai independent homes which is higher than those launched in the year 2012. Without any struggle, properties are being sold out at quick session than 2012 though the prices are growing greatly.

According to the latest survey released, 161,536 housing units had been launched in our country during the year 2012, whereas 185,650 residential units were launched during 2013. Though, the cost of the independent homes in Chennai were keep on increasing by 5% over this period, many people are showing interest to buy residential properties today because they produce greater value in the coming future. Though too many sales are taking place, no price correction has been happening in all the top metros of the nation. But some builders come up with offers and discounts to provide chance for all home aspirers to buy an asset fitting their pocket.

Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and NCR are the cities contributing 50% of the overall sales in property sector while Pune and Bangalore have donated 30% of the property sales. This clearly indicates that Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai are the metros to record increased price rate for houses, whereas Pune, Bangalore etc observe a moderate cost. Owning to the increased number of housing launches, people settling in these cities are able to buy or get homes for rent in Chennai and other cities of India. Since, too many housing units were established everywhere around the country, so no people will have to search for homes for a long time since too many projects are available.

Not only buying homes has become easier nowadays due to many launches, even finding Chennai homes for rent has also been easier. You can find a home for sale, rent or lease of your choice in any of the city of your needs and budget. In some cities, many owners are signing an agreement with the renters and leasers for safety measures. In Chennai, we can find such activities rarely. But, the experts say it is beneficial for both groups to sign an agreement deal for future safety.
