The model is not optimal for any of the stakeholders, and therefore, richer organizations have begun to graduate in other ways for the training management institutions.

They certainly need to be reviewed, but the chances of doing so are bleak as they continue and will continue to deliver funds to institutions and some cash training for executives. The teacher will rise above self-interest and present a mantra that will define life and become the teacher’s motto for some participants. The success story of this participant will be good enough to sell the program to many others, regardless of their need and suitability for it. It also reveals the absolute lack of good training opportunities offered by companies to their employees. The entire market is about to explode, and the potential of companies and the economy of India is locked in unproductive or less productive workers who are not assisted, even by such training programs.

It is time for groups of different interests to meet and sit down to talk to each other and discover a new paradigm to deliver executive education in a revolutionary way to the economy and business, a radical institution, staff and rejuvenating teaching staff concerned institutions rather than being meaningful to the organization, beneficial to the employee and helpful to the institution. It is time for India to create a high-quality experience, high satisfaction and embodiment in the short-term form of the 21st century. This is a climate that badly needs changes to reach its potential.
