Level 2 curriculum evolves around asset valuation and the learning style in this stage is application and analysis based. With 120 multiple choice questions, one needs to qualify the Level 2 examination, which happens only once a year i.e. in June. The main focus of Level 3 is portfolio management and learning methodology is synthesis and evaluation. The examination of Level 3 has two parts. The first part has 8 to 10 descriptive questions while the second part has 10 objective type multiple choice questions. The Level 3 examination takes place in the month of June. The one-time registration fee for CFA course is $ 450 and separate fees need to be paid for separate levels.
