The doubts and questions are legitimate when it comes to conserving health. It becomes more important to keep the ailment in its limits and try solutions that help in debilitating it. You can buy Neti Pot online or over the counter at pharmacies and health stores come in different sizes and shapes and can be made of plastic, ceramic, or glass.

Neti Pot – Safety

In a cold or changing weather conditions, we often fall victim to runny nose, headache, and inhaling problems. Symptoms of sinus infection are generally the same that include facial pain, nasal congestion, and previously mentioned difficulties.

You should know the right procedure of nasal rinsing in order to make it safe. Prepare a mixture of distilled or sterile water and salt. If you’re using tap water then make sure you’ve boiled it at least 2 times. Now tilt your head sideways over your sink or a big bowl and take the spout of neti pot into your upper nostril. Repeat with another nostril the same process for a couple of times. After completing this DIY type therapy, rinse the device with lukewarm water for clean use next time.

The gravity will help you pull all the mucus and germs out from the nostrils and clean the passage for fresh inhaling. The treatment works effectively but you should consult to a professional before practicing it.
