Ramen Noodle Making Machine Working Flow:

There are about 3 groups of rollers appeared in the automatic noodle maker that are all working to flatten and press out the dough sheet from the dough hopper.

• The 2 first group of roller have to be placed under the hopper where is the first step to work on the dough.
• the last 2 groups of rollers will be the last roller that put the dough thiniest than in a previous action. Which is directly connected to the cittong part (placed under the last 2 groups of rollers).
• Once the dough is sliced, there are some rack that will connect the the dough sliced to the hanging part.
• The hanging part will be for drying the noodle (depending on the temperature of the country). However, you can keep the freshness of the noodle for the next recipe.
