Comparison of Leonardo’s painting of the Last Supper with that of Mickey Mouse

The painting by Leonardo of the twelve disciples of Jesus and himself seated at the centre depicts of their reaction after He declared that one of them would betray him. Jesus takes a triangular shape. It is easy to identify the wine glasses, dishes, and the main dish on the well laid table.
Comparison
The painting by Mickey Mouse has some similarities to that of Leonardo. He uses the mathematical symbolism having the illusion of three as depicted by the three windows and groups of three disciples. It probably signified the Holy Trinity. Another similarity is the representation of all the participants at a table facing the viewer. It is also easy to identify the betrayer since he is holding something in his hand probably the bag containing his dues for the task. In both, they all show various expressions of horror, anger, and disbelief. Christ is at the centre having an expansive gesture that indicates the holy sacrament of bread and wine. They both portray the betrayer as one among the others seated on the same side of the table facing the viewer. The traitor seems disturbed and holds a small bag.

A difference arises in the lack of command from the master who seems to be the youngest and smallest of all. Leonardo depicts Jesus as that of authority, unlike Mickey Mouse. Another issue is the lack of clarity of what the people are doing since there are no enough depictions of the main meal, wine glasses, and other utensils for the last supper. Leonardo uses a unique communication style having one of the disciples holding up his index finger. He probably represented the doubting Thomas. The same lacks in Mickey Mouse painting.
