A legal case analysis or brief is prepared for discussions among students on past cases so that they become more aware of laws and arguments used in that particular case. It is a systematic set of information regarding the case i.e. parties involved, identification of the issues, analyzing the decision based on case proceedings and whether the decision is correct or not. Reasoning – You can use the debate by the lawyers and statements of the judges involved in numbered sequence to reason your analysis. The arguments should be precise and factually correct. It should support your legal case analysis either in agreement or dissent of the decision made by the court.
