How can I be happy in nursing job

Ask a question to yourself, why you are doing this job? Do you love treating patients or not? If answers are Yes/You love/You want - then their is no reason of being unhappy.

Else- If you are doing it because you educated with similar skills etc but now you are loosing Interest. I suggest you to start taking care of your own first. One and foremost job a person should focus on their own health.

Once person feel healthy and fit they really don't need other reason to be happy. Second, You should still ideal before going to hospital and think - what you do? Tell your mind, you are doing a job which is not only giving you money but also blessing, blessing by patients and blessing by god. Every person is working hard to earn money. But you are working to help others. You help will return to you and your near once when they need help.

It is a true fact - Giving is the real earning. You need to give to receive love. Similarly, You are helping people who are actually in their hard time. You should feel proud of what you do, also it is your duty to make your patients smile. Their smile will give you a feeling of stratification which is utmost pleasure one can give to themselves.

I know, it would seem like the most number of people needing help with their health is this big of a country. But whether it is true or not, it would not hurt to join the workforce of healthcare here.

The combined workforce here in the US is counted by multiple millions and yet there is a huge shortage. Why that is, is something beyond me to explain. Perhaps we are too sick to care for ourselves. In other countries, assigned 30–50 patients at a time in a med/surg floor. That will easily discourage from pursuing a successful career. In the US, a floor will have a maximum of 5 patients at a time. Plus you have a battalion of help: assistants, technicians, technologists, aides, orderlies, cleaners, and all the supplies you can imagine in abundance to carry out your task. You could not fail.

And the pay? Whatever it is you are earning now if you are a other countries, multiply that with at least 2 or 3, or even more, and then add some more and you get the picture.
