Fantastic Cleaners was founded by Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov in London in 1999. Starting as a small carpet cleaning company with only two employees, the company grew over the following decade, with the most dramatic expansion occurring after 2009.2.

In 2010 the company began to offer gardening services alongside their cleaning operations, and also saw it spread from the domestic into the commercial sphere with a range of office cleaning services, including rubbish removal

In 2011 the company expanded operations internationally, opening offices in Australia, and in the United States.

During 2013 the company added pet sitting and dog walking to its range of services.

And in 2014 it added locksmith services, plumbing and electricians to its range. A few months later, Fantastic Services was founded - a company joining together Fantastic Cleaners and its sister companies.
