How it Works

In our initial visit we learn about you and what you want to achieve in your garden, offering our experience and expertise on how best to approach things. We then help you decide how often you need us to visit and for how long, factoring in the type of garden you have and, of course, your budget. We charge by the hour to ensure you only pay for the work we complete and can removal any waste for an additional charge.

During our visits we complete gardening tasks to keep your garden looking exceptionally clean and tidy, such as lawn cuts, trimming and leaf removal, but we do much more than that. We focus on the care of your plants, using our horticultural expertise to identify and treat issues such as diseases, pests and malnutrition. We also routinely assess irrigation systems if we believe a lack of water is causing problems, fixing small repairs on the spot or offering installation solutions when required.

We recognize that trust is an integral part of a healthy gardener/customer relationship. You don’t just let anyone into your property, especially when you aren’t home, which is why we take extra measures to ensure your peace of mind.

Besides being police checked, fully insured and adhering to OHS standards, all our work is monitored using an app called ‘ServiceM8’. ServiceM8 uses GPS to track our movements throughout the day, enabling us to check in and out when we arrive at and leave a customers home. This allows us to monitor exactly how long we’ve spent working for you and provide an accurate invoice, which can be accounted for and proven geographically at your request. It also notifies you at least 24 hours prior to our visit, so you aren’t surprised and have the opportunity to move the visit to a more convenient time if necessary. What’s more, we use ServiceM8 to take photos and record notes about the ongoing care of your garden, guaranteeing we keep on top of your gardens needs and potential development.
