- Rub the surface dry and use a soft absorbent towel to buff the same. To remove the stain, it is important to be aware of the origin of it. Once it’s known, you can use respective solutions to treat it.
- For an oil-based stain, using a soft and liquid cleanser with bleach can help. Clean gently and get rid of the grease, milk, makeup or cooking oil spills and stains.
- For an ink stain on a dark coloured stone, you can take acetone and dip a cotton swab in it. Apply it directly to the marble surface to remove the stain.
- To deal with organic stains like coffee, wine, fruit, paper, and other food-related stains, apply 12 percent of hydrogen peroxide with a few drops of ammonia, Take a clean cloth and wipe over the stain, Now rise off with a wet cloth and dry the same using chamois.
