Get the provisional Director Identification Number by applying the Form DIN. The form should be printed and sent for approval to the agency with the required document. The permanent DIN is provided after approval.

3. Check Availability of Name and Application for Name Approval

The approval of the company name should be finished automatically. You can verify the availability of the organization name on the MCA. You should prepare a maximum five or six names should be submitted to the authority. Once the name is approved, the selected company name appears on the site.

4. Drafting of Memorandum of Association and Article of Association. Filing and Uploading of the Incorporation Forms
