Postural advancement and behavioral change are achieved through onsite ergonomics training and workplace adjustment. A detailed document is prepared shortly after the site visit which offers counsel for advancement and an implementation strategy. Our general and standard evaluate levels entail three phases whereas our improved assessment level entails five.Evaluate can be performed remotely where necessary. Phase I: Pre Assessment

Prior to the assessment, a web link to our pre assessment survey is e-mailed to the employee. The 5-10 minute observation collects task specific data and employee discomfit data which is used by our team of ergonomists to reduce peril and formulate counsel.

Phase II: Ergonomics Training

Next, we train the worker with one-on-one onsite ergonomic apprehension training.
