Summer Surprise

Ingredients

  • 200 ml freshly squeezed sugar cane juice
  • 200 ml freshly squeezed water melon juice
    • Tsp. lime juice
  • 500 ml club soda. You can also opt for any lemon soda of your choice
  • Ice Cubes as per requirement
  • Method

  • Prepare the watermelon juice in a blender or juicer at home by removing all the seeds. Do not add any water or sugar while preparing the juice in the blender.
  • Take a large mixing bowl. Add the watermelon juice along with the freshly squeezed sugar cane juice in it and add the lime juice to it.
  • Now add some ice cubes in a tumbler. Pour the mixture in the tumbler, until it is half-full.
  • Fill the remaining tumbler with the club or lemon soda.
  • Serve chilled.

  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Crushed ice as per requirement
  • Method

  • Peel the kiwi fruit and chop it into medium sized pieces.
  • Now peel the ginger and chop it finely.
  • In a blender, add the kiwi, coconut water, lemon juice and chopped ginger and blend it until you get a smoothie like consistency.
  • Remove the mixture from the blender into a tumbler.
  • Now add the sugar cane juice to the mixture and stir it well.
  • Add some crushed ice to the beverage and serve chilled.

    Ingredients

  • 5 cups of freshly squeezed sugarcane juice

    • tsp salt
    • tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

    Method

  • Take a deep bowl and add all the ingredients in the same order as mentioned in the ingredients list. Combine them together and mix them properly.
  • Now take a shallow aluminium container and pour this blend it in.
  • Put the mixture in the deep freeze and let it sit there for approximately 5 hours.
  • Remove the mixture from the freezer and blend it in a mixer.
  • Serve it chilled while it is fresh out of the mixer.
