Whenever you launch an app on your smartphone, it generates data in various sections of your phone’s RAM. Those who own a phone with low RAM can’t keep multiple apps open on their phone, because of this reason only. However, if you have a Huawei P30, it won’t be a problem for you because this Android phone comes plenty of RAM space. You can smoothly run more than one app, at one time, on this phone. It features HiSilicon Kirin 980 (7 nm) chipset for best performance and smooth operation. Still, a lot of users face the "Apps not working properly" issue on Huawei P30. If you are also one of them, read till the end to know about all the possible fixes.

1. Try restarting apps

The primary thing that you can do is restart the particular app that is not working correctly. Most of the apps generate codes while running, and due to bugs, they don’t function ideally sometimes. Once you restart the app again, it might run ideally, and you can start using it. For restarting the desired apps on your phone, open the Settings app, go to Application Manager, and choose the All tab option. Pick the app that you want to restart and tap on the Force stop option. After doing this, head back to the home screen on your phone and open the app again to use.

2. Try updating apps

You must update apps on your phone from time to time. When you update the apps, you get the newer versions of the apps, and a lot of issues are fixed with them. Developers offer app updates for better user experience, and you need to get recent updates always. Once the apps are out of date, they don’t function properly sometimes. Hence, go to the Google Play Store app on your Android phone and get the recent updates of all the apps.

3. Try uninstalling, and then installing apps

If both of the methods mentioned above didn’t work for you, you can first uninstall and then install the app again on your phone. After you uninstall any app, all the associated data of the app is deleted. The error is fixed in that way as well. It is easy to uninstall an app on your Android phone – go to the Google Play Store app, swipe to the right side and tap on My Apps & Games, and then Installed. Choose the app that you wish to uninstall and tap on the "Uninstall" button. Go to the app again and click on the Install option for installing.

4. Clear the cache

Even apps don’t work correctly because of the cache. It is better to clean the app cache, now and then, to fix app-related problems. A lot of people think that they might lose essential app-related data, but you can clear cache without losing the same as well. If you want to remove app cache, open Settings app, tap on Application Manager, then All tab. Choose the dedicated app and tap the "Clear Cache" option.

5. Delete unauthorized apps

If you have downloaded and installed an app through unauthorized sources, they might not work correctly because of that too. They are not compatible for use sometimes and harmful for your phone also. All in all, you should avoid apps from unauthorized sources and consider trusted sources only.

6. Reboot the phone

Rebooting your phone is the best solution if none of these methods work for you. All the errors related to the apps will clear after you reboot the phone. If you are unaware of the rebooting process, it is very simple, press the Power button till your phone vibrates. If the Huawei logo appears on display in a while, it means that you have successfully rebooted your Huawei phone.

Implement these essential tips to use all the apps on your Huawei phone easily. They will surely help you fix app-related issues. If all these methods are not helping you out, you should take your phone to the expert.
