Automatic Bread Packing Machine Composition:

1. Painted machine frame.
2. Three Panasonic servo motors controled. One controls the conveyor; the second controls the center sealer and film and the third controls end sealer.
3. One set of rotary end sealing jaw with zigzag cutter and cycle stop at open position function.
4. Two auto centering reel holders for quick film change over.
5. Two sets of center sealing wheels, one is for driving film, the other for heating and sealing. The heat sealing part adopts slip ring type to realize direct heating of the center sealer improving the heating efficiency realizing good sealing at a lower temperature.
6. Panasonic PLC Program Controller.
7. PID Control Temperature, making the seal at a low temperature to raise the packing speed and reduce the film burning.
8. Photo cell sensor, auto tracking for cutting position.
9. Display the packaging speed and length automatically, insuring cut-off accuracy.

11. 7’’ colorful touch screen with 10 kinds of product packing data memories for easy data setting and change over.
12. Adjustable bag former.
13. All the product contact parts surface made of SUS 304 and PU belt in food grade.
