Keto diet is very healthy for maintaining a good weight and overall health. The diet is high-fat, low carb and moderate in protein. Your body should have normal blood ketone value. Imbalance of ketone value may lead to weight loss. Keto diet helps you to maintain a normal ketone value.

Now let’s talk about the Vegan Keto diet which exclude all animal products and adapted to plant based meal.

  6. Dairy Products: Take cheese and yogurts, butter but avoid high sugar products of dairy.
  7. Nuts: Nuts are low carb and higher in fat. Nuts are one of the best choices if you are going to Keto diet.
  8. Berries: Strawberries, blackberries are lower in carb and higher in fat as they are packed with fiber.

There are lot of side effects of Keto diet and it is so challenging because most of the food is high in protein and low in carbs. Also vegetarian lacks in vitamins, B12. Checkout the following side effects of keto diet.
