This includes identifying, sourcing and engaging any required consultants and liaising with said consultants throughout the process.

Strata Title Subdivision is the legal separation of two or more lots into several with each lot possessing an individual title document and the development as a whole possessing a Common Property title document. We manage the entire process from gaining initial strata subdivision approval through to managing and satisfying the development approval conditions to enable registration of the strata subdivision with Land Registry Services. This includes identifying, sourcing and engaging any required consultants and liaising with said consultants throughout the process.

We project manage the approvals process for your proposed fitout/Change of Use through either a Complying Development Certificate (Private Certifier) or a Development Application (Council). From initial design as per your individual business requirements and obtaining approval through to engaging a qualified builder and obtaining an Occupation Certificate we make the process stress free.
