The science behind Yoga is amusing. Even to its core! It may be defined as a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines. Sure enough, Yoga indeed requires discipline. When I say that through Yoga, one can explore the feeling of peace and happiness, I also inadvertently imply that you have to adhere to a definitive discipline. Merely calling it an ‘activity’ would be quite an understatement. It is a Spiritual practice. The goal of this spiritual practice is to wake the person up from a hypnotic nature of the illusion and to make them aware of the underlying realities of this world.

This is the first hand experience given to you in Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, where you can attain a comprehensive knowledge of yoga. Unlike in the West, where Yoga has developed into a posture based physical fitness, stress relief and relaxation technique, here Yoga is considered more than just a physical exercise, putting a qualitative emphasis on meditative and spiritual cores.

Having spoken of that, the origins of Yoga date back to the Pre- vedic Indian traditions, simply meaning that this discipline originated in India. More specifically, Ancient India, the mentions of which lie in the Rigveda.

In the due course of our daily life, where most of us are occupied and only concentrated on earning the daily bread, for ourselves and for our family, we unknowingly exert pressure on our mental health, not to mention the physical fatigue which comes with it. In doing so, we invite unnecessary problems in our lives. There is a reason that when I take a walk in the park in the morning, I find people of all ages - old and young, men and women doing Yoga which brings me to the next point of discussion:

WHY YOGA? HOW DOES IT HELP?

To be sure, there has been quite a lot of speculation regarding why specifically use Yoga as a means of stress reduction, detoxification of vice thoughts from the body and so on.

To this, the answer lies in two simple points,

? Yoga is a disciplined method for attaining a certain goal

If you lack discipline or feel that there is an important habit missing from your life, I suggest you take up Yoga. It is merely an appeasement but a certified method which inculcates in you a discipline through which you can easily attain your goals. Whilst Yoga deals greatly with meditating, the power of spiritual meditation stipulates a positive energy which empowers the individual with neglecting the vices of the body and bringing it in order. Subsequently making the mind and your conscience totally in control. It is like feeling and driving your car where the body is control of the wheel and the mind is in control of the outer environment, and as soon as you hit a bump in the road, your body simultaneously reacts by gripping the steering wheel harder to avoid any accidents.

? Yoga provides techniques for controlling the body and Mind

In the beginning of a yoga practice, you deal with the physical reality of your body and detoxification, good diet, exercise and breathing. The main driving factors for controlling the mind and the body are the Mind and Consciousness which direct the energy outside our body, as every individual has an aura which is determined by these two factors, the complete detailed study and information are given to you at the Meditation Retreat Thailand offering a series of retreats different lengths and styles in various forms of Yoga.

In conclusion,

In all the aforementioned information, there is certainly one thing to point out. Given the meditation and spiritual quantities and qualities of Yoga, It is an effective Healer - of both the mind and the body being effectively taught to you in Yoga Teacher Training Thailand.
