India’s cricket team captain Virat Kohli is a sensational player but the current ongoing series is not that delightful because of the mixed results, the first match of India's home series was spoiled by rain as the first T20I against South Africa was deserted without even the toss occurring in Dharamsala. Even though the covers were available over the ground but due to heavy rain some parts got slushy and accordingly the match got cancelled.

After the rain finally, people of Mohali and India got to enjoy the 2nd t20 against South Africa. And with an astonishing chasing win bring more joy to the nation. Captain Kohli and team managed to stop South Africans at the score of 149 which was successfully chased first by Rohit and Dhawan and then by the end great knock came out of the captain's bat. India chased down the score with an over to spare. Kohli successfully scores unbeaten 72* and Dhawan contributed crucial 40 runs. Also, spinner Deepak Chahar’s 2 wickets by giving 22 runs in 4 over have helped India to make their mark.

India lost the 3rd t20 very badly and as the whole team got out by scoring just 139/9 runs, or you can say South Africa did really well in this match as they successfully tied the series. Team India failed very badly out of 10 only 4 players managed to cross the double-digit mark and Dhawan was the highest who scored 36, and unfortunately, Kohli and Rohit both couldn't make big scores and got out early by making 9 runs. Quick 50 from Quinton de Kock drove South Africa to level nine-wicket succeed at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. The success was insistent, touching base with 3.1 over's still left to play, however, South Africa's motivation was supported by India's plan.

After the t20 series, India is going to play 3 test series against Africans starting from the 2nd of October.

Virat Kohli till now has played really well, with all those records he is unbeatable, even though the overall performance of the team is good but still, the team is struggling for the number 4 batting position as both Rishabh pant and Shreyas Iyer has not able to give remarkable performance in the absence of former captain and wicket-keeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Suspense is still maintained over dhoni’s retirement since even the board has no idea over it. Though we still do not want him to retire as he can still contribute with batting and keeping skills.

Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out from the upcoming test match due to injury and Umesh Yadav has replaced him, it looks like it is going to be tough for the Indian squad since Bumrah has been a powerful asset for the team from last one year. But all eyes will be on Rohit Sharma since after a long time he is going to play for tests for India. The contest is going to be great and we wish all the luck to the Indian team.
