Our skin is a delicate organ of the five senses in our body which needs proper attention and care for functioning smoothly. If proper hygiene and balance is not maintained between the skin and the body, there are chances of you feeling inferiority complexes are big events and social gatherings therefore, maintaining a good skin care schedule is very important whether you are at home or when you are travelling.

Wash your face twice a day: Rinsing your face helps to remove germs, bacteria and dirt which stick to the skin and then to its pores causing acne and other skin problems like allergies and rashes. Also exfoliate your skin atleast twice a week if you are travelling for a long period of time.

Moisturize your skin: As mentioned earlier, natural products helps to retain the original glow of the skin therefore you must emphasize on using moisturisers with a natural base ingredient like aloe vera.

  • Step 4 –

Apply Sunscreen: It must be a regular practice before stepping out of the house in broad daylight to protect your skin from getting tanned and from the harmful UV rays of the sun. Therefore, while you are travelling, do not forget to put sunscreen before you face the sun.

  • Step 5 -

Keep yourself hydrated: Drinking plenty of water boosts your metabolism and also maintains a healthy balance in your body as well helps your skin. While you are travelling, you are bound to sweat therefore some of these natural skin care tips can prove to be very beneficial for you.

  • Step 6 –

Cover your skin: Another one of the easy natural skin care tips you can make use of is preventing your skin from exposure to the sun by wearing light coloured and covered clothes while you travel to a hot and humid place.

  • Step 7 –

Remove makeup before sleep: It is advisable to cleanse your face before going off to sleep as skin has its own repairing and rejuvenating cells that are clogged due to various chemical beauty products.

Studies have shown that hot water opens up the pores of the skin thereby allowing germs to enter which in turn houses pimples and rashes. It also renders your skin dry and dull as it clears off the essential oils produced by the skin itself for its rejuvenation. Also you must always go for natural skin care tips and use natural products instead of chemically composed ones. Using natural products with ingredient aloe vera, neem and tulsi etc. are very beneficial for the skin instead of fairness products.
