The next, and most important, step is to carry out the research. Depending on your topic, you will be collecting an array of information as well as where you got it from, i.e., the sources. Your research paper will also contain a lot of primary research which is your own research that has never been done before. This part is perhaps the most time consuming because it is all the material that your research paper is going to be based on. Remember to be as detailed as possible in this step and take your time.
