In such a progressive world like today, there are still so many jokes in which obese or fat people are a constant target or a subject of mockery. People do not realize that obese people are not like that by their own choice. That is, not every time it is a person’s fault for how they look. There can be multiple different factors contributing to their being overweight and their obsessive eating can be one of them but is not the only reason. 3. Exercise is a must

No one asks of you to do intense workout but everyone should give a minimum 30 minutes to themselves for a regular mild workout. According to numerous studies, Yoga, running, and aerobics have proved to be a major cause of belly aft reductions. Exercise is also associated with an increased metabolic rate. There are many exercises like crunches, lunges, and planks that specifically are performed to tone belly fat.

4. Proportioning of food

Whatever one decides to eat they should keep a track of it that is alongside maintaining a balanced meal it is also important to weigh or gauge your food intake be it protein or carbs. Calorie intake should be no more than what your body need is.
