• Application for DSC

• Apply for DIN

Application for the Director identification number for the proposed director, it is noted down on the SPICe-form.

• Application for name approval

• Documents Required

The documents of MOA, AOA and nominee filing has to be filed which is submitted to ROC.

• Forms filing with MCA

All the required documents would be attached to the SPICe form, SPICe MOA and SPICe AOA, along with the DSC of the directors. This will be sent for the approval under the MCA site. After this, form 49A and 49B will be generated for the PAN and TAN generation of the company. These forms will have to be submitted after affixing the DSC of proposed director.

• Issuance of the certificate
