Industrial Heat Shrink Wrap System

This automatic shrink wrap machine is suitable for wrapping single product or groups of products with bottom-tray( or without bottom-tray), such as pop-top, mineral water, beer bottles, cartons, beverage, cosmetics and electronic products etc. It is consist of one sleeve sealer and one heat shrink tunnel. All works of film covering, sealing, cutting and heat shrink wrapping can be done in one step by machine.

Fully automatic shrink wrap machine can be used for automatic online shrink packaging of products. It can automatically detect products by photoelectric. It can be used in automatic feeding or manual feeding mode. Fold the film in half and seal the other three sides. The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and seal various industrial standard heat sealing films such as PE, PVC and POF. The sealing is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting. When the product size is changed, it is only necessary to make simple adjustment through the hand wheel, no need to replace any parts, reducing the product replacement time and making it easier to operate. The adjustable front-end feeding system and the storage working platform at the back end enable the whole machine to realize high-speed and unmanned automatic operation.

Industrial shrink wrap system features:

1. L sealing bar is made by vertical up and down driving system. The surface of sealing is even. What's more, the vertical sealing can avoid the crease and messy sealing line to achieve the perfect sealing effect, while allow for the sealing line to be in the center of the package;
2. Controlled via advanced PLC controller and HMI, the sealing system can give the continuous and smooth sealing order without replacement.
3. Variable infeed and ourfeed conveyor speed make the machine ideal for both manual and automatic feeding;
4. Using original Omron digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate and we can be arbitrarily set. Meanwhile, avoid to hurt the product for imprecise temperature.
5. Two sets of horizontal sensors automatically compensate for item length change, meanwhile vertical sensors prevent from accidental cutting;
6. Separate motor is used to control the auto winding device, which make the waste film is not too loose or too tight to crack. The waste film can be easily removed;
7. Film up-down synchronization mechanism specially designed to correct the deviation film;
8. Film micro perforation during the film unwinding to make air escape rapidly and get good shrinking effect.
9. Film-roll holder at the bottom of the machine guarantee the machine chassis stability;
10. Different brands of shrink film is acceptable, PE film as an option.
