One of such smart solution is cold storage. These advanced cold storage solutions are widely used for critical life science, healthcare, and industrial application. These high-performance laboratory refrigerators are capable of maintaining temperatures from 5°c to - 20°c making them ideal for storing vaccines, blood, plasma, reagents, and other temperature-sensitive items.

Working principle of cold rooms:

It raises the temperature and pressure of refrigerant (the working medium) vapor coming out from an evaporator. Due to high pressure, the refrigerant boiling point gets increased and thus it can be now easily condensed at condenser temperature. This condensed refrigerant passes through expansion devices and evaporates again in the cooling coil. Energy –heat- required for the evaporation is absorbed from the surrounding areas –storage areas- bringing the temperature down.

Vacuum oven

Thermolab vacuum ovens are designed for drying materials under carefully controlled conditions - in a vacuum of up to 28.0 inches Hg, The oven is primarily used for desiccating, vacuum embedding, plating and electronic component processing.

Uniform radiant wall heat, with no internally exposed heaters, optimizes chamber space. 3" (76mm) of glass wool insulation throughout helps maintain temperature uniformity. Temperature is controlled by thermostat and can be read on a dial thermometer or LED display.

The chamber of the unit is not designed for exposure to concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids or dilute sodium hydroxide.

Stability Chambers

Thermolab Stability testing chambers are designed to meet, if not exceed, stringent quality standards recognized internationally. Offering all temperature and relative humidity conditions specified in ICH guidelines as below:
