UK businesses invest over £65 billion annually in a thriving intellectual property (IP), largely because they see patents as the driving force behind global innovation. But change is on the horizon. In 2015 the European patent system will change with the introduction of the unitary patent system. In the US, the patent system has already begun to roll out reforms with the enactment of the America Invent Act. Are you ready for the new world of IP?
