Previously I have Discussed Creating an Account with Email Service Provider, Today I will be discussing Building Email Lists through creating an autoresponder email through various strategies like Newsletter, Drip Marketing.

It is basically an act of collecting the Details from the visitors and in turn providing some value to them.

So, let’s have a look one by one.

An autoresponder is a system or a program which automated the sets of response to the emails Provided

The Email can be triggered with the specific action or with the scheduled time. An autoresponder is helpful for conveying useful information about products or services.

So, without wasting much time let us have a look at creating a simple form and integrating with your Website.

Contact Form builder by Hubspot

Go to your WordPress site login and once you see the dashboard go to plugins click on add new plugin.

and search for Contact Form Builder for WordPress – Conversion Tools by HubSpot and once you installed and activated.

If you have already an account with HubSpot just log in, If, not just complete the signup process.

Once you are done with the process now you can able to see HubSpot on your WordPress site Admin panel.

Click on the forms and Create form.

There are many Option Available templates Registration forms, contact us Form, Newsletter Signup, eBook Download, Event Registration, and Sample form.

You can consider any of the templates based on your requirements.

Now, I’m going to tell the simple sign up form that is choosing the Registration template.

The Registration form includes a simple field like First name, Last Name, Phone number, and Email Address.

You can customize it as per your requirement by adding the different form fields by just dragging on the right-hand side.

Once you finished with the form field click on the option in the form.

Giving Thank you Message

Here you can set up a simple thank you message to the visitor once form submission have completed or else you redirect to another page may be website page or you create a landing page and redirect their only by giving the external URL link.

Once you finished, now you preview your form and then published it.

Now you can get the code, copy this code on a website where you want the form to appear.

For me, as it is a registration form, I can go ahead and paste on the contact us page on our website. On contact us page

Click on the edit option on the WordPress Admin site.

Now you able to see the two-option visual and text. Just click on the text option paste the code. Click on the preview now you can able to see the form on the website.

With the Help of the Webform, you can build your very own email list.

Creating the Workflows

To create the workflows, go to the automation select workflows, from your workflow dashboard select create workflows.

Start from scratch work is designed to trigger once the contact meets the Enrollments triggers of that workflow. If a delay is added as the first action that delay is relevant to when the contact was first enrolled with workflow.

And on Center on a date work flow share the same enrollment trigger options as a start from scratch workflows. Any delays that are included are relative to the particular date.

Below the enrollment trigger, you can be able to see a place to see set a date for the center of your workflows.

The center on date property workflow resembles a center on date workflows, instead of selecting the fixed calendar date. This workflow type requires you to select a date type contact property to center the workflow around.

Each of these Workflows has slightly different outcomes. When you are getting started I would recommend you choose the start from scratch and build your workflow.

Once you selected the type of workflow, give your workflow a name and create a workflow.

Set the Enrollment triggers

And now you can test the trigger if it meets all the requirements an automated email will send to your contact.

With this, you can also able to send a trigger email based on a time schedule on a daily basis or weekly basis as per your need.

Creating the Lead Magnet

With help Call-to-Action) you can actually design your lead magnet strategy. CTA is a clickable element on your website, blog post that promotes and redirects visitors to the specific offer or deal you provide them after the submission of their details.

It will in terms of Pop-up on your website or post where you would be showing to the visitors to grab a deal and in return asking them to provide their Name, Email id, and Phone number, etc.
