  • You could go in for dance classes or even yoga classes. Just find something that you like to do and enjoy and enroll in a program. This will not only keep you active but also give you mental satisfaction.
  • Eat healthy and maintain a proper balanced diet. Take plenty of fluids as your body is sustaining you and your baby.
  • Get involved in physical activity with your baby. It is the best way to keep your active and help you shed weight.
