October came too fast this year, and before you knew it, it's already November. You've spent the previous month munching on Halloween goodies and have found yourself ill-prepared for the holiday parties creeping up on your calendar. Maybe you'd like to look sharp and slim in that little black dress you've been saving for New Years Eve, but right now you look a little too chunky for comfort. There's no need to get worked up, because there are many ways to slim down just enough to wow everyone you love.

Different Healthy and Quick Diets

Your diet is a big cause of weight gain and one of the easiest ways to lose weight. Caloric intake is a huge start. Look at the amount of food on your plate. When you're eating, do you ever feel full before all of the food is gone? Try to think about cutting the amount of food in half. Instead of eating an entire baked sweet potato, eat half of it. You can also substitute unhealthy oils for better ones, like coconut oil for canola oil. If you don't feel as full at first, try eating slower and drinking a full glass of water before and during your meal. This will help your stomach feel fuller faster and also help with the healthy digestion of your food.

More specific diets, however, are what most people go for in such a short time span. These can include juice cleansing, keto diets, no-carb diets, and many more. The keto diet is when you drop your carb intake and up your fat intake to throw your body into a process called ketosis, which is a healthy form of the body burning stored fat cells. A juice cleanse can help you detox and lose weight as well. Drinking only veggies and fruits helps lower your caloric intake.

Another great way to detox is by drinking raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Tons of people use apple cider vinegar to lose weight. Just mix a tablespoon with a glass of water and chug it once every morning. It makes you feel good! People also use this diluted remedy in the bathtub to help with yeast infections and soften skin, as well as on a cotton swab across the face to clear acne.

Physical Exercise

This form of weight loss takes the most time and energy, but can be very rewarding. Exercise can help you lose weight, stabilize your metabolism and immune system, and improve overall mood. There are several ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

With big gyms popping up everywhere, such as Planet Fitness, it's very easy to sign up for a membership. It's not very costly at all and may range from $10-20 a month. Most people are afraid that after signing up they won't use it, but incorporating the gym into your weekly schedule gets easier and easier. On your way home from work or to work is a great time to stop by the gym for at least 30 minutes and burn some calories.

If you're a fan of the outdoors, going to the park is a great way to stay in shape. Find your favorite trail and go there a few times a week. The exercise of this walk will help your metabolism as well as your mood because you will obtain vitamin D.

Weight Loss Patches

If a healthy diet and exercise aren't a convenient weight loss solution for your chaotic lifestyle, you can always try weight loss patches. Sticking these to your skin can help minimize your appetite and speed up your metabolism to burn fat quicker. The Thrive Patch is a good example and starter patch to try out. It contains garcinia cambogia, a popular weight loss plant extract. The best way to use this patch is with the company's morning supplements and daily shakes for lunch. According to the Thrive Skin reviews, you smear it on like that of a plaster and it is said to improve physical and mental health.

Losing weight for the holidays never seemed easier. While eating healthy you will see results faster than ever. Taking a walk or going to the gym will help extremely even if it's just once or twice a week. If these don't seem to do it for you fast enough, don't be afraid to try a weight loss patch. These three together will have you ready for your yearly holiday parties.
