Every day is incomplete without seven to eight hours of beauty sleep. Many of us cannot get that many hours to sleep and some of us don’t need that much sleep. Nonetheless, it remains a significant part of our daily routines because it is helps rejuvenate the body and senses. The way we sleep can say a lot about our personalities, though most of us do not always sleep in the same position.

1.The Fetus

The name of this sleeping position is self-explanatory. The person sleeps on either side with the back slightly hunched while legs are bent and curled upwards. It is no surprise that this is the most common sleeping position around the world, as all human beings were stationed that way at the beginning of life.

Many people prefer to doze off in a fetal position because it provides a sense of security. If you frequently adopt this sleeping style, your personality could be similar to that of a coconut, i.e. soft on the inside and tough on the exterior. Your looks can be deceiving; people might perceive you as introvert, but in reality, you are a social butterfly.

2.The Log

People who sleep on their side with arms stretched vertically along both sides are called log sleepers. Sleeping on your left or right side is actually quite beneficial to health as it helps reduce snoring, heartburn, and gassiness. This position also provides good alignment to the spinal cord.

If you tend to sleep like a log, the theory is that you are a very easy going and carefree person. You don’t have a hard time communicating with new people and present yourself like an open book. Socializing and making new friends has never been a problem for you. However, a trusting nature towards strangers does not always work in your favor.

3.The Star Fish

The starfish is a rare sleeping style; the person lies on their back with legs sprawled apart, and the arms are bent and stretched over the head. This position encourages snoring and is not good for people suffering from sleep apnea. In case you are not able to control sleeping in this fashion, you shall consider using Custom tailored pillows in America. These pillows are specially designed to heal or lessen the effect of different ailments.

The people who sleep like a starfish are generally very kind and supportive. They are great listeners and go the extra mile to help a friend in need. These one-of-a-kind individuals are hard to find and if you are one, I bet you are extremely loyal to your close friends.

4.The Soldier

These people sleep as if they are a soldier standing in the position of attention, lying on their back with arms aligned by the sides and legs stretched straight under. Similar to a soldier, these people have high tolerance levels and possess a brave heart. They can be a bit reserved, but excel at neutralizing explosive situations.

5.The Sky Diver

The sky diver is a position in which a person sleeps on their stomach, head to one side, arms wrapped under/behind the pillow, and legs go free style. These people have a bubbly personality and are always in the mood for fun; they can also be very emotional and irrational at times.
