For Limited Liability Company

• Submit an application to the Minister of Economy and Business.
• Attach 2 copies of the agreement signed between the foreign company and the government.
• Attach 2 approved/validated copies of the Association certificate and/or memorandum certificate of the foreign company.
• The power of attorney must be approved / validated on behalf of the director appointed in Qatar.
• Attach 2 copies of the contract to the service agent (if assigned).
• Attach 2 copies of commercial articles to service agents (if assigned).
• Every non-Arabic document must be translated into Arabic.
