Does a Vegan Diet Strengthen a Tumescent Member?
Posted: Feb 06, 2020
Male organ health is about so much more than just having a good strong tumescent male organ. But having said that, having a good strong tumescent male organ is something every man clearly desires. That’s one reason why the "little blue tablet" industry has become so successful, and why many men have invested in herbal supplements that are thought to make a man "more manly" in the bedroom. Recently, the internet lit up with pieces proclaiming that a vegan diet could be a path to a stronger tumescent male organ. It’s worth looking into this claim to see what’s behind it.
The context
The basis for most of these articles appears to be a Netflix documentary called "The Game Changers." This documentary focused on advantages of vegetarian and vegan diets in many different areas. In one part of the documentary, a doctor (who happens to be the author of a publication called "The (Male Organ) Book") performs a study on three men, all of whom are college athletes.
On two consecutive nights, he examines the girth, strength and duration of their tumescent male organ while they sleep. On the first night, the athletes are given a meat-based meal for dinner; on the next night, a plant-based one. When he examined the results, the doctors found that their tumescences were 8% harder and several hundred percent longer lasting after eating the vegan meal.
Armed with this knowledge, the word went out that a vegan diet is THE way for a man to get the most out of his tumescent male organ.
But…
While the results are undoubtedly interesting, it’s a bit early on to claim that this proves a vegan diet is good for the tumescent male organ. For one thing, it only looks at three men – and at three men who are all basically the same age and in good physical condition. It only looks at two nights and doesn’t take into consideration possible confounding factors such as what each man ate beyond dinner each night, what physical or mental activities they were involved with during the day, etc.
In other words, the study may indeed be onto something in promoting a vegan diet for tumescent male organ health – but far more research is needed before that can be accepted as fact.
There are some logical reasons, of course, for assuming that a vegan diet could have a benefit for the tumescent male organ. Plant-based diets ten d to be much lower in cholesterol and saturated fats, and this can be a boon in terms of manhood blood flow and cardiac health. Vegetarian and vegan diets tend to help with high blood pressure as well, which can be a tumescence killer.
Basically, the better overall health a man has (and especially cardiac health), the more likely he is going to be to have stronger tumescences and fewer tumescence issues. A lifestyle that includes a proper diet, adequate exercise and ways of eliminating or decreasing stress is going toi be beneficial to his sensual health as well.
Men who do consider switching from a meat-based diet to a vegan diet should first consult with their doctors. It may be best to make the switch gradually rather than all at once.
Vegan or meat-eater, a man’s proud tumescent male organ is going to be shown to best advantage if he daily uses a top shelf male organ health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). For maximum effectiveness, a man should sift through the options and choose one which contains an array of vitamins, including A, B5, C, D and E. In addition, the oil should contain L-arginine, an amino acid which boosts production of nitric oxide, which in turn can help to keep male organ blood vessels more receptive to blood flow.Visit http://www.man1health.com for additional information on most common male organ health issues, tips on improving male organ sensitivity, and what to do to maintain a healthy male organ.
