There was rumour that KCET has been cancelled for 2020 Session. But The KCET Exam will be conducted in the week of February 2020. About JEE Human Resource Development has decided to make JEE (Main) compulsory for all engineering colleges from 2019. The 10+2 qualified candidates can appear in KCET 2020 for admission in Medical, Engineering, Architecture Courses and Farm Science courses. The candidates have to apply online for the exam and qualify the same.

Eligibility to take KCET entrance Exam for Engineering
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or second-year pre-university level examination. Get
- The compulsory subjects must be any three out of the given ones such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, Electronics, Biology and Computer Science as optional subject. The applicants must have English as a compulsory subject
- In the case of marks obtained in Chemistry being less than required for aggregate percentage, the marks obtained in Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science in qualifying examination will be considered instead of Chemistry.
