With the arrival of the Christmas season, it is time to gather ideas to decorate boxes that convey the best impression. A few weeks ago we proposed you a refreshing, modern and full of color decorative idea, great for businesses with a youthful target or for summer seasons. Today we start charging batteries for Christmas by proposing a tutorial to decorate boxes with a romantic touch using PCB accessories.

This tutorial is perfect for decorating small format boxes and for businesses with a rather female audience. We have imagined that we decorate a box to send some earrings. But it is also valid for any small product with a fragile point: jewelry, perfumes, cosmetics, brooches, accessories, etc. You can decorate a simple popcorn box or even a cookie box.

Materials To Decorate Boxes With Romantic Touch

To do this tutorial you will need the following:

  1. Kraft Color Plus Postal Box in small format
  2. White paper shavings for filling packing
  3. Kraft tags with lace
  4. Washi tape golden zigzag model (available soon) and white Christmas stars
  5. Scissors

Steps To Decorate Boxes With Romantic Touch

Step 1: we place a reasonable amount of paper shavings inside the box. The chips are great because they not only protect the product from bumps, but also enhance it, contributing to its presentation. If you use chips as filler packaging, we recommend that you provide your product with some additional protection. In the example, the earrings go inside a box, and the box on the chips.

Step 2: We select a kraft label with lace from the 12 units that come in the package, which also includes rustic baker's twine cord. The labels with lace are a very romantic detail with a vintage dot. The size of the labels is small, ideal for small packages.

This is an ideal detail to include a personalized message. You can even take advantage of the back to include a surprise, for example a discount code.

Step 3: we have chosen to show you 2 possible finishes. In the first, we cut a piece of baker's twine to fix the label and close the box. We close the box by crossing the cord around it, in the style of a pastry package.

Then we take the two ends of the cord through the hole in the label at the top of the box and fix the label with a double knot. Finally, we cut the excess cord, and that's it!

The second option allows saving cord. In this option we cut a much smaller piece. We pass the two ends of the cord through the hole in the label, so that the cord forms a hole through which to insert those ends.

Then we fix the cord to the box using washi tape. If yours is a Christmas package, try combining two types of contrasting washi tape, one for the background and the other first. This will highlight the Christmas message and give the whole a festive air. With this second decoration, the box will not be sealed. Try closing it with one of our new personalized stickers with your logo or any other message.

What is a very easy and super result idea? Dare to try our accessories to decorate the custom boxes. You will make a great first impression!
