Dubai Silicon Oasis Celebrates Victory of Al Nasr Club at GCC Clubs Championship 2014

Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the integrated free zone technology park, celebrated the victory of Al Nasr Club at the GCC Clubs Championship 2014 with a special ceremony that was held at DSO's headquarters.

The celebration was attended by Dr Mohammed Alzarooni, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ahmed Khoury, Vice Chairman of the Al Nasr Club Board, football coach Ivan Ivanovic, Famous Arabic singer Abdalla Balkhair, and Mohammad Al Awar, Head of Investment & Marketing Committee at Al Nasr Club.

On the occasion, Dr. Mohammed Alzarooni, said: "I congratulate His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy ruler of Dubai and the UAE Minister of Finance and Industry and Chairman of Al Nasr Club, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and Deputy Chairman of Al Nasr Club as well as to the Board of Directors of the Club and all Al Nasr Club fans for winning the GCC Clubs Championship; wishing "Al Ameed" more success and achievements in future tournaments. I also commend the team for their consistent efforts in bringing the championship trophy home and making the country proud".

Al Nasr (meaning victory) was founded in 1945 with a strong vision and passion for sports. The club has a rich history of helping the local UAE communities create regional sporting champions.
