Since Wohr installed its first Combilift puzzle parking system in 1988, the system technology has been continually optimised and developed in parallel with the technical progress made in recent times.

The Combilift is designed for optimal usability and functionality. In addition, there are various configurations available to make parking even more convenient and efficient i.e. in combination with Combilifts 542, 543 & 552.

Combilift 551

A smart design for two levels without pit independent parking facility. Entrance level platforms move laterally and upper level platforms move vertically, with always one platform less at the entrance level. To bring down upper platform for parking in or out, the platforms at the entrance level will first move to one side to provide an empty space into which the required platform is lowered.

This model is a semi-automatic, space saving, car parking system that provides convenient parking in the tightest of spaces by stacking vehicles and moving them closer together.

The Combilift 551 consists of 2 platform rows, one above the other. In front (to the full width) of the installations is a driveway which is situated on the lower platform row (entry level). The lower platform row consists of one platform less than the upper level.

In order to access a platform on the upper level, the lower level platforms (access level) shift laterally into the free space. The selected upper platform is now lowered vertically into the free space provided in the access level.

The lowering of the platform is by means of push button control (hold-to-run-device), the hoisting of the platform is fully automatic.

Combilift 551 is preferred for use in condominiums, residential buildings and office buildings. However being an independent system, it can also be used for public spaces like malls, etc.
