3. The efficiency of energy/resource- It aims to have a reduction in usage of the electricity network in the building.
4. The decrease in toxicity- This can be achieved by reusing the resources available easily.
5. Efficiency in the usage of materials- This also aims to reuse the resource and generate an extra amount of energy.

In this sick world, green building activity is a mandatory step taken by the whole world towards a sustainable environment.
