If you’re really active on social media you must have seen those sponsored posts in your feed. You might have seen give aways by small and big brands. You might have also come across the same product’s advertisement popping on your screen which you wishlisted last or is still lying in your cart. But getting your rank/position on SERP (Search Engine Result Page) is a tough task, you need to create organic content with proper keyword research. But only creating content and using keywords is not going to help you in the long run.

Your content should satisfy the reader so that they refer you and come to your site regularly.

Link building, creating back links is going to help you on the contrary using black hats can ruin your site.

Black hats are unrelated keywords used in the content, when you are only focusing on SEO and not the reader’s satisfaction. Some others are using spam comments, copying content from different sources etc. these things are not really gonna work because crawler will fill find out whether your content is copied, unrelated.

Email marketing is basic but most important type of Digital Marketing, it is the most cost effective method of marketing. You can send Emails for customer support, to create brand awareness, to build loyalty and most importantly to advertise.

Sometimes we do not have right plan, platform and time to advertise and promote our brand, product or services. In this case you can pay some commission to bloggers, magazines, news sites and commercial sites to advertise, sell or promote your product. You will pay only when it works depending upon the sales driven by them. But make sure to choose right affiliates, check whether they are popular amongst your target audience. You can also call it a task of recruiting someone for your promotion and than paying him some comission only when sales happen.

5. Search Engine Marketing

We have learnt how SEO drives unpaid traffic to our sites, SEM drives paid traffic to our in other words SEM advertises our sites on search engine when some relatable search is done. You can use Google Adwords for this purpose.
