Becoming a Commercial Pilot can be a reality for Potential Candidates now

Commercial pilot course involves the study of different licenses starting from the initial license of getting a Student Pilot License (SPL), and then they proceed to Private Pilot License (PPL) and finally they complete their training by getting a Commercial Pilot License (CPL).Pilots fly aircrafts includes planes and helicopters. Those who fly for a living are known as Commercial Pilots or Airline Pilots. If the candidate does not have these two subjects in his higher secondary education he has the option to give exams of these two subjects from the National Institute of Open Schooling and then start his Pilot Training course as his career.

You just not have to be intelligent and smart but also clear a series of some physical and medical tests accordingly. In India our governing body Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has set some DGCA Class 1 and Class 2 medicals for becoming a pilot.Similiarly, different countries have different set of medical test for becoming a pilot. You should not get fooled by the myths such as if you are wearing glasses then you can never make it to become a professional pilot. Contrary to this you can fly commercial aircrafts with glasses or contact lenses, as long as your vision is correctable to 20/20.But for sure there will be certain medical tests for your vision, hearing, general checkups, blood and urine samples, and some cardiovascular checkups. After clearing all the medical tests and fulfilling the eligibility criteria of flying fine with your all licenses you are ready for achieving your dream of becoming a Commercial pilot.

Commercial pilot training course basically involves the ground training and the flight training. Ground Training covers all the theory subjects like Air regulation, Air navigation, Aviation meteorology, Technical General and Technical Specific, Radio telephony. There are exams conducted by DGCA on the same subjects which the candidates need to clear for attaining his CPL license but Radio telephony exam is conducted by the wireless planning and coordination authority. For the flight training the candidate has to complete 200 hours of flight time to attain CPL license and thus is commercial pilot course completed.
