Whether you’re going out on a date or simply going to the office, everybody loves the no-makeup makeup look! A natural makeup look is the best of both worlds, elegantly accentuating the features whilst also providing a realistic finish. Make note of these 5 tricks to ace your natural makeup from professional bridal makeup! artist in Mumbai

1. Mix Foundation With Your Moisturizer

One trick to apply foundation without making it too obvious is to mix it in with your moisturizer before applying it onto your face, or you can opt for a BB cream instead. If you don’t have foundation or a BB cream, one bonus tip for a natural makeup look is to mix in a tiny drop of your liquid highlighter into your moisturizer for a glowing finish.

2. Lightly Apply Bronzer & Blush On Your Face

Apply a little bronzer with a light stroke right under your cheekbones and gently blend it out. Then add a sprinkling of a softer shade of blush on the apple of your cheeks for a rosy hue. Make sure to tap off the excess product on your brush before applying the bronzer or blush to your face and avoid any additional coats. If you’re a highlighter fan, then you can apply a light stroke of highlighter onto the top of your cheekbones for an ethereal look.

3. Avoid Using A Lip Liner or Eyeliner

Contouring your lips using a lip liner or applying eyeliner onto your eyelids makes it very obvious that you have makeup on your face and ruins the subtle effect of makeup that you are trying to achieve. The same goes with filling your eyebrows. Avoid using a shade that’s way darker than your natural hair and fill in your eyebrows with feathery upward strokes rather than with harsh lines. If you absolutely cannot go without eyeliner, then apply a very thin layer onto the top waterline of your eyes and avoid going beyond it the way a winged eyeliner look would require.

4. Put On Brown Mascara Or Less Mascara

Black mascara adds on a dramatic effect but it may take the attention away from your eyes. Let the natural beauty of your eyes shine through with brown mascara which will soften your entire eye makeup look whilst also making your eyelashes appear fuller. However, if black mascara is all you have, then you can either choose to skip your mascara or blot out the excess with the use of two cotton buds.

5. Use A Tinted Lip Balm or A Lighter Lipstick Shade

Using a bold lipstick shade like a dark maroon will ruin your natural makeup look. Choose a lighter lipstick shade instead, like nudes and natural pink shades. If you’re using a slightly darker shade, you can fluff the color onto your lips using a brush for a subtle appearance of lip color. You can also use a tinted lip balm instead for perfect dewy lips.
