Gandhi Peace Prize is also known as The International Gandhi Peace Prize. It is named after the Father of Nation of India i.e. Mahatma Gandhi and this peace prize is given annually by the Government of India.

This Gandhi Peace Prize become released on the event of the hundred and twenty-fifth start anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

The award is given to people or establishments for their contribution to social, economic, and political alternate via non-violence and different Gandhi Ji methods.

The award prize is 1 Crore rupees (10 million) in cash.

The jury contributors for this award are the Prime Minister of India, The Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, The Chief Justice of India, Speaker of the Lok Sabha, and different eminent men and women makes a decision the winner for this award.

Awarded for Contributions in social, monetary, and political trade via non-violence and different Gandhian methods.
