Technical Government Job Opportunities In Various Industries After B.Tech
Posted: May 21, 2020
It is getting tough to get a technical government job by each passing day in India.
Earlier, an Engineering Degree from a recognized university was adequate enough to get a Government job in one’s hand. However, today, the scenario is different.
As per the studies, now, only 1 out of 20 Engineering students get a technical government job.
The reason behind this is the population of students in the Engineering spectra. In the past 15 years, students have brazenly taken admission in Engineering Colleges.
In this mob, some entered by qualifying entrance exams whereas some took direct admission through management quota.
All this ended-up leaving engineering colleges a crowded place with thousands of sincere and insincere students who were unable to be distinguished from each other.
This made government industries stumped! Now it got really difficult for them to hire a well-learned and genius scholar in their industry.
As a result, they made the selection process even more complex. Now the students are not only required to be technically good but they needed to have exemplary cognitive abilities like creativity, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to crack exams like GATE, IES, etc.
Though it is tough, but it isn’t impossible. Even after being the hardest of all, students are qualifying in these exams.
Regardless of their admission by way of entrance exams or direct admission through management quota, their zeal to learn and the passion to do something best in their lives are making a share of students of Engineering Colleges get govt. jobs.
So students who desire to get a government job in the public sector, need to be diligent and sincere towards studies.
